Where as Yahoo, Bing etc. really only cater for the USA, Europe and some Asian countries not so much South Africa, if at all. So in S.A. Google is your number 1 source for correct SEO. In general Google is at the fore front of search engines around the world. Meaning that if it is right for Google it will be right for all of them.

SEO work can be challenging, time consuming and lengthy in that it can sometimes take a few months to be on the first page, organically. Any company that says that they can guarantee to place you on the first page of Google within the first month is lying. Yes depending on your business and your competition, it could be possible.
